Alex has more than 25 years in international ICT sales management and new business development. He served as the Head of Sales for theNorth East Region at Nokia Siemens Networks from 2007 to 2011. He also served as the Director of the Fixed Mobile Convergence go to market program at Nokia Networks from 2005 to 2007. Before that he was the Director of Sales for Asia Pacific & North America from 2000 to 2005 and as held other positions in Global Product Marketing from 1999 to 2000.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a Partner at Quantec Oy, Yellow Cab Co Ltd. and Tapco Oy from 1989 to 1999. In the mid-eighties he worked as a Sales Manager with UNISYS.
Alex Hornborg has recently served as Country Director of Finland at BLStream Oy and as Vice President of Sales at CEM4Mobile Solutions Ltd.
Juha has held various managerial positions in a number of Technology companies over the last 40 years. From the early eighties to the early nineties, Juha worked with companies such as Valmet Corporation, Decon Oy and DT-Projects Oy in consulting and sales management roles.
Juha also has experience as an Entrepreneur in 1991 to 1994 in Italy, working as a management consultant for one of the largest paper mills in Italy.
Juha joined Nokia in 1995 and has held a number of senior management positions including Head of the Service and Business Management Product line, Director of Marketing & Sales for Service Core, Head of Customer Team, and Head of Sales for Business Support Systems.
Lately Juha has been Managing Director of Safran Software Solutions in Norway as well as working with Innotiimi in a Consulting role in Finland.
